EXTRAORDINARIA DE LA U.E.R.E.H.Y P.
| La Unidad Ejecutora de Recuperación
de la Emergencia Hídrica y Pluvial, creada por ley
N° 12.106, y decretos reglamentarios 1.629/03 y 131/03,
con sede en Avenida Freyre 2315 de la ciudad de Santa Fe,
ha dispuesto conceder, luego del procedimiento sustanciado,
la reparación extraordinaria (prevista por la ley
N° 12.183, su modificatoria N° 12.259 y Decreto
reglamentario 39/04.
Se comunica por este medio el listado
de beneficiarios, a fin de su difusión general y
eventuales impugnaciones o denuncias. Las mismas podrán
formularse en el plazo de tres días hábiles
posteriores a su publicación, en el horario de 8
a 13 hs., ante la Unidad Ejecutora, en el domicilio consignado.
Los beneficiarios que no fueren objeto
de impugnaciones o denuncias, podrán concurrir con
su documento de identidad y fotocopia del mismo al Nuevo
Banco de Santa Fe, sucursal de calles Mendoza y 25 de Mayo
de esta ciudad, el día 12 de noviembre de
2004 en el horario de 9 a 11, según se detalla
a continuación:
